ขอความช่วยเหลือ Retouch4me plugins crash Photoshop

I've installed retouch4me plugins but every time I open them, my Photoshop crashes. They used to work fine before connecting to the internet but once I connected to the internet, they haven't worked ever since.
Could someone please help me with making plugins work again?
I've tried uninstalling and clean installing but nothing works.
Any info will be appreciated!

If only things were that simple. I've tried everything and blocking it in the firewall doesn't help.
